We hope you love what you ordered. But if you aren't completely satisfied, we’re here to help. You may return items for a full refund or exchange.

The Basics

• Time Frame: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Return an Item You do not need an authorization code to make a return. Simply pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase (like your packing slip or order number), and mail it to:

Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 days from the time we receive your package for this to be completed. We will email you as soon as your return has been processed.
